My Family Reunion

At the end of this week I'll be heading to Hochatown, Oklahoma where I will be attending my "O'Kelley Family Reunion". (for those of you who don't know ---I was an O'Kelley before becoming a Kelly. Pretty neat, huh?) That's where my Jessica is now living so that means I have to go down a day early to have longer to visit with her :)

I'm looking forward to spending a few days in the beautiful, peaceful mountains of SE Oklahoma. It's one of the most wonderful places I've ever been. It's amazing at how you can feel the very presence of God in the beauty of nature there.

Twenty fellow scrapbookers from the Kansas City area will be going down in September for a weekend retreat. We're renting a couple of large cabins and are going to scrap and relax. We are all so excited!! ( Check out www.beaversbendgetaways.com )

Anyway, I said all of that to say this---if you don't hear from me for a few days that's the reason why. I should be back in Kansas City late Monday night.
