Happy April!
Happy April---well okay, it'll be April in less than 24 hours! Another month has come and gone! Man, I continue to be more amazed at the end of each month by how the days are zooming by so quickly! I just wish that time would slow down enough for me to enjoy more of the good things in my life. I just seem to work, and work, and work-----finding only small slivers of time to soak in all the blessings that God has so graciously given me.
March was a busy but good month. I celebrated my 56th birthday while Stephen celebrated his 6th. Jess came to visit and was here for a week during her spring break. Clint, her husband and kids came up for a couple of nights. It's a rare but very happy thing to have all my family together at one time these days.
I'm finally getting my "Going Green" kit posted. I actually started working on that one before St. Paddy's Day. I'm not really sure how it got put "on the back burner" ---- it just did.
I'm now in the process of doing a layout titled "Something to Crow About". It will have 2 or 3 black crows and will feature pics of my kids. The pictures were taken on my birthday when all 4 of my kids were together for the 1st time in 9 months. The only thing about the photos that I'm not happy about is that while Jessica was here, her family was not here that day and so therefor was not in the pictures.
This weekend is a cropping weekend for me so I'm hoping to get "lots" accomplished. Now, that statement makes me laugh at myself! Isn't it funny how when we go to crops we always take way more than we can get done? But hey, it's good to have high expectations, don't you think?
I want to thank you for stopping by my blog and checking out the new kit. I hope that you'll stay long enough to listen to some of my favorite music and then take the time to drop me a line. I really do enjoy "visiting" with you via email! You are VERY important to me because without you and your support, there would be no DK Designs. I want you to know that you are a great blessing to me.
May God reveal more of His greatness to you TODAY, TOMORROW, and EACH DAY AFTER TOMORROW!
Blessings,
Diane
