GREAT NEWS

Just as I was getting ready to leave town last Thursday morning on my way to Oklahoma for a weekend of scrapbooking with a group of friends, I got a call from my 5 year old grandson, Stephen.
After saying his "hello, Mema" and my asking why was he calling so early (7 am)----he said, "I'm going to get a new baby". It wasn't a total surprise but it certainly was a great way to start of my much awaited weekend. So, Jonathan, Carrie, and Stephen are expecting their new addition on Oct. 31. While I'm not crazy about the date, I am excited that it's so close to my middle son, Joe Nathan's, birthday on Oct. 29. That would be so neat to have a new grandbaby on his birthday.

Oh, and now for the not so exciting news-----not much compares to getting a new baby in the family---- I have just added 3 new kits to my blog. I didn't do a lot of them so if you're interested, you need to let me know ASAP. Several people have seen the monkey one and have said they want one as soon as they're ready. I didn't start a "wish list" for them---I justsaid let me know that you want one once they are posted. So we'll see how that goes.
