First, I want to thank each of you that requested a "Play Ball" page kit. I hope everyone that wanted one has spoken up----if not I have ONE left. If you need me to hold it for you, just let me know. Going once, going twice, and gone!

I have the "Seal-ly U" kit ready to go. I think this layout will be very easy to put together and to find photos for. I know all of us have a "seal-ly" family member or two. =)

I'm working on a Dad layout. It has a paper pieced toad frog holding a sign that says "Toad-ally Awesome". I have the paper piecing done. I still need to work on the design. I know I'm going to use the Cricut to cut out a large "DAD". I never design a layout before I start cutting and laying pieces around. I admire those people that have a vision followed by a design and then go from there----it just doesn't work for me that way. Sometimes I feel as if my designing process is backwards! =) Anyway, I'm thinking I should have "Toad-ally Awesome" ready sometime this week if all goes well.

I hope each of you had a nice and memorable Memorial Day weekend. I enjoyed spending yesterday with my boys. It's never the same with Jessica not being here for holidays. I think the boys realize that and seem to put more effort into spending that time with me. Today I had lunch with a couple of friends and that was nice. I would have to say that it was a good weekend with family, friends, and an extra day OFF! I am thankful for the blessings God has showered upon me.
